"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. "One bath towel 2 adults? Blocked sink? Charged 15 pounds to check in an hour early when we booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. If you need to stay in this area it has a restaurant on site , it’s ok but not geat"

"Stayed one night . Reception staff really helpful . Staff in the dining area were good both in the evening dining and breakfast. Good choice for breakfast . Room was clean and the bathroom also. Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel . Overall very pleased with our stay ."

Dinner was really nice, howerer the breakfast was a mixed bag, cooked breakfast was pretty terrible but the home made fruit bowls and yogurt was amazing.
