"Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. "

"Overall, it was a nice hotel. The property was generally clean and well maintained. However, we think the bathroom could use some renovation. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but the parking fee was quite reasonable, which was a plus. The breakfast was slightly below our expectations. Based on the reviews, the hotel was rated as “top rated” which naturally raised our expectations. We honestly couldn’t understand what justified that rating. "Friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast & dinner, room a good size and location very handy for Norwich. Our first room smelled of smoke clearly from the last occupants filthy habit, the staff went out of their way to relocate us. "

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "
