The space was great for a family of 5. The door lock was very difficult to work out and Check-in wasn’t clear, we had to call up.
There were a lot of light bulbs out in all the rooms but they were still bright enough. Everywhere could do with a deep clean, old food found in one of the bedroom draws, not pleasant.

Clean but wet floor ensuite and bad check in
Checking in was not good. We had a call them to get a code and find out which room as they hadn't old us in advance as they should have. We had to wait outside waiting for his call then wait again until he confirmed the code by text. The room was very clean and tidy however the ensuite needs mastic work and after the first shower the floor was soaked! We had to dry our feet each time to come out of the ensuite. Shallow trays and shower curtains are a bad idea. Then from the early hours the radiators were making a horrible thumping noise and high pitch noise. One light bulb was also gone on the main light.
Overall, very poor.
“Self check-in” on arrival.
Upon entering the room, it looked like room cleaning had not been completed, with a dirty towel on the floor and used empty food containers on the television counter.
Walls of room were very thin; I could clearly hear conversations in other rooms. Overnight, it was difficult to sleep, due to very loud snoring heard from another room and also random shouting on multiple occasions by another guest.
Overall, avoid if possible.
My family and I stayed for a short time and found the facilities to be quite adequate, clean and also easy to reach and use.
We would use the facilities again should we need to stay in area

Disgusting - DO NOT BOOK - Shower tray was sinking into the bathroom floor due to the rot and mould.
Toilet was seeping urine into the rotting bathroom floor.
Took 8 phone calls and 4 wrong text messages before we could gain entry code.
Overspilling Cigarette ends from Bucket outside entrance door - Lovely Welcome!!!
No Breakfast Box on the second day.
FILTHY Dirty floors
Have been communicating issues with representative but have evaded and ignored our issues and have now referrred us back to Hotels.com.................!

Eastern guest house
Standard guest house accommodation nothing fancy here just room bed toilet and shower, cleanliness was good great hamper packages on arrival was a nice little touch and wasn’t expected at all
Disappointed with the quality of the tea supplied as the taste of it was very poor quality tea ( Yorkshire tea ) is what I’d have liked but it wasn’t the end of the world
Overall pleasant stay and I’d return if I was to visit Norwich or Wells-next-the-sea again
For a business trip you just need a bed. But the room was dirty, webs on light fittings, bogeys on the side table, and moving the bed I discovered the last occupants snack fragments. Shower curtain was brown on the base, and room was generally well used.
Parking was good, only one day was it very busy. Outside was quiet. For self service it’s not bad.
please note that this is only our review of apartment no 5 that we used:
On arrival, We were unable to park due to limited spaces. We were able to get in with the code we had been supplied in advance. The apartment looked clean enough, although on closer inspection this was not quite as good as initially thought - although bedding and towels were spotless . A few lightbulbs didn’t work and window blinds needed a bit of care as most had broken cords. The bathroom was clean enough but the extractor fan did not work.
However, all of this could have been forgiven if we had an apartment we could move around in!! This is a loft conversion and although my husband is 6’3” even at 5’4” I really struggled to use the space. We couldn’t even sit on the sofa without moving it because of the angle of the roof immediately behind it. You couldn’t walk around the bed at all as it was up against a wall and with the angle of the ceiling only the top half of one side was actually accessible from the room unless you shuffled along the bottom of the bed (while having to be severely bent over) and climbed in over the footboard!! The storage area was inaccessible without also having to bend over considerably. It was very poorly designed as a living space in our opinion and for the price I paid I feel it was totally overpriced and missold. Maybe a comment regarding the height restrictions would have been nice as I would have sought an alternative.
Therefore, we would not use this place again
Very clean property. Enjoyed the stay and the facilities and venue was great

Very quiet room with the ability to park right outside the room close to the front door.
We were, however, disappointed that we could not make the television work with moving pictures (programmes to watch) only audio was available so we sat all evening just reading a newspaper/magazine each.
Not very happy with the en-suite toilet seat moving about when sat upon.
The duvet was rather heavy to be used at this time of year, could have been a lighter one.
Loved the cleanliness of the property and quietness. All facilities worked as advertised and the kitchen area, for a food lover like me, was well provisioned with all the utilities. The W-Fi was very powerful and strong and all in all, I will looking to stay again at this guest house in the future.
I stayed for 2 nights. When I arrived on the 1st night the heating was not working and there was no hot water. Whilst this was OK on the 2nd night, the radiator in the large bathroom wasn't working, and on the 2nd morning there was no hot water at all so I could not have a shower. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean, but parts of the room were very dusty. The wifi dropped out every 30 seconds or so meaning I could not do any work. Although the breakfast box was an added bonus, it contained a small wizened apple.
Overall better value and comfort can be found in other places in the area.
Amazing place. Great customer experience. You go in with directions through a text message. If you have any questions there’s a mobile number provided. They are very helpful and the place is brilliant. Far away from Norwich city centre, however the taxi costed us £25, late at night. Really good spot if you fancy get away at the weekend. Was surprised they have provided a snack for the morning. Well done. Enjoyed it😊
This is a “room only” with no staff present. It was easy to book in and the room was comfortable, clean and had all the facilities needed. Free WiFi was an added bonus as was the breakfast which we were not expecting. It was cheap and the location was quiet with good parking and reasonable restaurants around. We ate up the road at Table Table and had a drink, main courses and dessert for two of us for £13.49!! There was a good shower (although bathroom flooring was a little dated) and comfortable beds. A good find and ideal if you fancied a cheap weekend in Norwich. Would go again.
Someone had the code to our room and walked in. Room was cold, so contacted staff who responded quickly to say heating comes on at 5.30, even though instructions in the room said heating is controlled by the guests. Very low ceilings so had to duck underneath to get to bedroom draws, no wardrobe or coat hooks.
