"We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. "

"The staff were super friendly and very efficient. The room was clean, warm, quiet and very comfortable. The pub & restaurant have an amazing wine selection, a superb selection of excellent beers from Lacons and fabulous food. All in all, hospitality how you would want it and food how you would dream about it! Fabulous. "

"It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).
