Just the perfect place to stay while in town for my daughter's graduation at Fort Jackson. The staff was friendly & made us feel welcomed.

Cute and comfortable. The small workout room had a nice treadmill for walking after a long day in the car. This is our second time staying at this hotel on our way to Florida, as it is conveniently located from I 77. The rooms are clean. The young lady working the front desk was very nice. We will stay here again, on our way to Florida.

The property is in really bad conditions. The chair in my room was completely broken and ripped. It would be better not to have one that to have one in such conditions. Check-in was a very long process: only one person for four people in line. With that being said, all the workers and hotel personnel were very kind and helpful. The hotel worked for the one night need.

Out side porch is wonderful. There was Ample parking for handicap . Every staff member was attentive and pleasant, and free coffee is provide all day long.

The desk clerk was so rude. I cant explain her attitude like i worked for her is the best way to explain it. I just got the feeling she didnt like us and because of that she gave us a problem every step of the way. I would of walked out but it was his daughter's graduation. The room service lady was always yelling at me. But we finally found one lady who was so nice we gave her 12 bottles of Gatorade and 20 dallors. The desk lady said we had to carry dirty wet towels all the way down the hall if we wanted another towel i told her i dont work for you you work for me so you carry the towels. We were all dressed up for the graduation and we had to deal with her yet again we were stressed trying to get to the graduation on time. There is something seriously wrong with her im 65 and have gone on alot of vacations and no one every treated me like the dirt on her shoes. She is unhappy at this job so she should do something else. She doesnt own the place she represents the hotel so why does she have the nerve to ruin their business. They really should talk to this lady. She kept complaining that we used a third party to book the room. She gave us a different room then we booked but after the horrific welcoming we didnt want to talk to her. She sent us all the way down the hall only to have to come back cause the card key didnt work for both keys so you see it was a million little things like this she kept doing to treat us badly. Yea someone could mess up one key but if you witnessedallthelittledigs

I would not recommend staying here as it needs more upkeep/to be updated. The room we were in had no security door latch (looked like it had been broken off at some time), and the bathroom counter had a section that was broken/kind of hanging. One window had a screen but was jammed shut and the other window wouldn’t lock and had no screen. One positive is the breakfast was good.

It was pretty quiet. More smaller than a typical hotel and not as busy as i thought. gave me the experience of a motel. Good for like having a quiet family stay with not much activities to do. Great that they have a pool. AC didn’t work but the maintenance was able to fix it promptly.

We checked in online and had to completely do again. Girl in counter was just following procedure. Also not the hotels fault but there was a very vocal domestic next door at 1am that would have been nice not to hear.

Place was really in need of a lot of touching up. 2nd floor especially, wallpaper all over coming off the walls. Our room had a lot of paint off walls. Toilet was so low to the ground I thought it was for very young kids, not older adults. Outside it is starting to look a bit dated and in need of help. Staff was really excellent and they had ice cream which you could buy and a nice snack selection.

It was ridiculously loud the whole night. People outside being rowdy and the people above us stomping on the floor, jumping on the beds. It was loud aa hell and the bedding looked dirty/dingy, possible slept in and remade. But the young man working the desk was very kind, professional and thorough.

We booked this hotel last minute, during a road trip. It was close to a main highway which was convenient! The room was fine and served its purpose. Breakfast was better than other hotels we'd been to. Check in was lengthy and slow, which was frustrating as we arrived late. Our bathroom had been cleaned but there was hair and dirt in the sink, suggesting it had been cleaned in a hurry. Overall it was fine, however in the future I'd likely choose a different hotel in the area.

I come to this location often and had to wait 30 -45 minutes in line to check in. Maybe this location should have online check in to make it easy with mobile card to access rooms and amenities.

Customer Service was excellent. The hotel has clean rooms, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. The parking lot could really use some attention. Had a really good stay and i would recommend but would have to advise of the parking lot conditions.
