"Very relaxing stay! Enjoyed the pool and swim up bar. Our waitress Blanco at the Mar de Cortes restaurant was phenomenal, she provided great service every day, and really looked out for our needs!"

"A mi personalmente no me gustó tanto este resort ya que la variedad de restaurantes y comida no es tan abundante y la bebida de verdad que están bastante pobres de muy baja calidad. La pasamos bien éramos un grupo de 6 personas y ninguno quedamos muy contentos. También el personal no todos pero si en algunos lugares del resort son muy rudos no le dan un buen servicio al huéspedes son bastantes rudos para hablar con los clientes. Tuve un econviniente con uno muchacho llamado flores y tal José creo que eras un supervisor todo porque nosotros estábamos sentados en el teatro tomándonos unos tragos y yo tenía una pequeña bocina con una música bien bajita porque le estaba proponiendo matrimonio a mi esposa y ellos vinieron y me dijeron que no podía tener música puesta después de las 12:00 pm y creo no esa hora era la verdad no quedé nada contento de viajar desde Florida hasta allá para encontrarme con algo así No me gustó para nada"

"We loved the Riu Baja California. Great food and the place is beautiful with lots of great pools and close to the beach and town. The only complaints we have was that the housekeeping was the worst I’ve ever seen. They’d come in and not replace towels that were on the floor and we had to ask for new robes because they took the dirty one on the ground but never replaced. They come at really odd hours like 9pm as well. The credits you get to use at the resort isn’t what you’d expect either. They only go towards money off of certain things that you have to pay a certain amount for and it isn’t straight money to get massages etc at the resort."

"We had an amazing stay at this resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and incredibly relaxing. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Nayeli and Jasmine for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail — they truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. This team made our trip extra special, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cabo!"

Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All inclusive

2/10 Terrible

"The Food was horrible. Buffet was similar to a Grade School Cafeteria Buffet. The sit down restaurants were borderline un-edible. We had the all-inclusive and resorted to eating Granola and Yogurt from the Buffet for Breakfast, and skipping all lunch and dinners and eating out. We were in town for a Wedding. The Stay at the Krystal was the worst part of the entire weekend. Mainly the Food. Staff was nice enough, save escorting the Bride and Groom whose wedding we were in town for off the Premises because they didnt have the Dumb Bracelet. Wanted them to pay $100 for a Day Pass. They just stopped to say Hi and thank us for coming...but Staff and Security kicked them out. Even though 30 of us paid to stay at Krystal for THEIR Wedding. Was embarrassing. Even if that didnt happen, Id take your Money elsewhere...this place has the feel of a Cheap Cruise Ship at a Lake in Arizona then a Resort in beautiful Cabo San Jose."
