"Nice touch the fridge and microwave the bathroom and room looked clean But the walls are to thin Close to the road the traffic is all u hear . The people above every move they make you can hear, doors closing and feet stomping . "

Finally, 2 hours later, I was advised I would be moved to another room at no additional cost. This should have been athe immediate and unquestioning solution. Very disappointing. Breakfast was also very disappointing. The most limited (and prepackaged, so not fresh) range for breakfast I have ever encountered in extensive...

"Delusions of grandeur. A very small room with barely enough room to open a suitcase, slightly shabby decor. So many cushions on the bed that when you removed them they took up most of the available floor space! Bathroom ok but nowhere to put toiletries. Dinner ok, but nothing special. It was all “ok” but disappointing compared to the hype on the website."
