"Everything about this hotel from the first email they sent to me to ask if there was anything I needed ahead of time to the checkout was incredible. I used to work for the Beverly Hills Hotel which is part of the Dorchester collection. I have extremely high standards when it comes to service and every single person I encountered in this hotel on the staff was professional, engaging and friendly. "Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. "

"The moment you step into the hotel you get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. A warm welcome from the reception team who gave us an efficient yet friendly check in. The room was amazing very clean and certainly above what we expected. Tea and coffee, lots of towels, comfy bed, giant tv, plenty of pillows. All the staff were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Could not fault anything. "
