"The picture in rhe room had "something" on it, and the cleaning person did not replace my towels. She moved my washcloth in the shower, which made me then not use that one. Thankfully I travel with them. And while she did change my garbage, she left the full bag on the table. Also, didn't remake the bed. Last week's stay was much better. "I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there.
