"Parking is a major problem lot was full of construction vehicles taking multiple spots . Spaces are very narrow poor lighting worried vehicle would be there in the morning or be damaged. Property was clean but old and dated. Looked like maintenance was and repair and painting was fine by highschoolers on break."

"Staff was awesome. Have a bar and restaurant on property. The indoor pool was clean and water was warm. Only complaint was bed was not comfortable could feel the springs was a King size. Everything else was good."

"The room was very clean and spacious. The proximity to the beach was the best part! The outside property was beautiful and had lots of areas to relax like on the hammocks on the lawn. The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and helpful! Great stay overall!"

"Room was okay. Very low water pressure in shower and the shower handle (hot/cold) setting was messed up. Internet was slow. Good thing was that pets stay free and I could walk to the beach ! "

"Hotel Alice is one of our favorite places to stay at Atlantic Beach. We stay year round, however the last time I noticed the rooms were NOT as clean as previous stays! Everything from the bed likened to the towels. We were very disappointed because we know this isn’t the normal experience."

"Room was very clean, comfortable bed, beachfront was awesome! My only issue were the walls are very thin so hope your neighbors are quiet. Mine were not! They talked and laughed very loud all evening long. I don't mind people having fun but these guests did not respect other neighbors. I had to call front desk twice. Not sure that helped for it went on well after 11 pm. I had to turn up TV just to drown out the noise. Besides that, a good stay. Restaurants and bars were not open in the hotel so don't count on that. Maybe to early in season. Overall, a 4 star rating."

"Clean room, Staff was great!! Laurie was extremely helpful at the front desk when my husband left his cell phone. She had it overnighted the next day! Tim at the Tiki Bar was very nice and a breath of fresh air!! We will be back!!"
