"The staff was really nice! They upgraded us to a larger room and they brought us two water bottles the next morning, before checkout, to our room! We only wish we knew to bring toothpaste because it wasn't included but might've just been an oversight on housekeeping's part. The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner were nice and hydrating and smelled of Neroli, really nice touch! We just wish there was breakfast as part of our stay but I cannot find it in me to deduct any points...
