"The property was in the process of being updated there was minimal disruption in our stay. A few annoying things, the ice machine did not work and the room cards had to be reprogrammed a few times..the painters and workers were very courteous and helpful.. we stay here often during the year ."

"I saw a cockroach or some bug on that bathroom floor at night. I stepped on it thinking to take a photo in the morning. But it must have walked away because it wasn't there anymore. Interestingly, my wife saw another bug which she flushed down the toilet so we encountered 2. I rang guest services and the supervisor or manager got on the phone and suggested that customers bring them in from outside. I was appalled by her lack of empathy without investigation and blaming the customer instead. ...

"The staff was very kind and helpful getting me checked in with my last minute check -in. He maintained my privacy when another guest crowded the desk for service (didn't tell me my room number aloud, passed the key card to me without revealing the room number, and did not use my name). The clerk didn't rush me even though the other guest was a bit impatient.
The building was clean but had stains on hall carpets. My room was clean and was a handicapped room - which is to be expected when making...

"Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly."
