"We really enjoyed our stay,.. check in was quick and friendly. Didn't sleep the very 1st night,..air conditioner was broke,...so hot in the room. The next morning they moved our room. ( A little disappointed over that.😔). Very delicious free breakfast. We definitely will come back. 👍"

"Sadly, our stay at the Goodwin was neither Good nor a Win.
They put us in a "deluxe" room with an interior window overlooking – wait for it – a ridiculously loud and obnoxious wedding that blared live music until after 11pm.
When we for obvious reasons complained they put us in another room, so we had to spend over an hour of our last evening in Hartford packing and moving into different accommodations with two double beds instead of the King we had booked. (Despite having to be on the road for...
