Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed
With customers. Booked thru Expedia- so they intervened and we got our money back- the hotel initially didn’t want to do that. Maybe other times the hotel is ok- might be just one off"

"It was very close to the casino, so that was a big plus.
Pool and a pool table were a nice to have.
We had a lovely buffet breakfest one morning, with the waitress brining us everything we needed and more, just to discover the next morning that buffet breakfest was no longer served - which was a huge dissapointment.
The room was clean, and refreshed every day, but the black-out curtains were broken, so we needed to use clothes pins to close them togetehr.
The hallways and elevators had unatended...

"Total lack of planning. Booked 3 months ago to visit a close friend. Checked in on a Wednesday. Told on Friday to change rooms Mind you it was Memorial Day weekend."
