"Sadly for me the grey noise in my room was loud as I was in a room close to exhaust pipes. The hotel was full so I could not change rooms. The receptionist gave me ear plugs which helped."

"At first glance, the bedroom looked clean, but when I pulled back the covers, there was hair—likely from the previous guests. It was disgusting! The sheets hadn't been changed. The breakfast was also very poor; the scrambled eggs tasted terrible, as did the potatoes—the quality was very POOR ."

"Close to the casino with a shuttle was great. Our room was not clean. Wet rug, dirty floor in bathroom and bathroom light didnt work, blinking light from a/c all night, double blinds in room did not cut out light, sadly. Comfy bed, nice indoor pool, staff was great, let us get late checkout. Never ate at restaurant or went to bar."

"I was very surprised by the behavior of management at the location we arrived a bit early and kindly asked if there was a room available since we had traveled for quite sometime; they said no because the location had a contract with the pilots and we would have to wait until regular check in at 3pm. That is understandable however knowing our situation they still made us wait until 3:45 waiting in the lobby for over three hours. We watched as other guest arrived and were checked in and given...
