"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!"

"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "

"Stay was good except for the dog in the next room who barked and howled during the night. We were not told it allowed pets. One incident with outsiders meeting in lobby and caused a commotion. Front desk handeled very well.
Room was clean, breakfast good, staff friendly and building secure."

"The room was very comfortable. We checked in late and our toilet was broken. Someone came up immediately and realized it wasn't going to be fixed and quickly got us into a different room. We appreciated the quick response of the staff. Our room was comfortable and met all our needs. All staff very helpful and welcoming."

"Room was spacious and clean. No desk or chair in the room is not great if you need to do any work. Also during our stay, at least in the room WiFi wasn’t available. Also, room wasn’t cleaned when we returned late in the afternoon so overall not a great experience. Additionally, there was no breakfast available other than a little table stocked with a few plain bagels and sad muffins. Was in a dark section in front of the bar area, leaving a ‘dingy’ impression - so we grabbed breakfast...
