"Overall, I had a good stay at The Dunes. It wasn’t my absolute favorite place I’ve stayed, but it was clean, comfortable, and had several nice amenities that made the experience enjoyable.
The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It’s right in the heart of downtown Palm Springs, just a couple blocks south of Arenas Road and directly across from the free downtown parking garage. Being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife was a huge plus.

"Excellent place to stop on a road trip! Everything was clean and orderly. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We had absolutely no hallway noise or other interruptions to our rest.
It's in Indio, so the air conditioning is absolutely crucial. Every where except the elevator was comfortably cool.
We will definitely come back here again."
