"Whiteface Lodge is so cozy & comfortable with super helpful staff. The room was spacious & beautifully decorated with everything we needed. They left 2 huge home baked chocolate chip cookies each day which was a nice treat at the end of a long day. We really appreciated the free shuttle to town during the Ironman competition!! We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town."

"Everyone at the hotel including the edit staff at the tavern were really nice and helpful. The wait staff was more than willing to put the TV to the world cup game for us. The front desk ladies were always willing to help with whatever questions we had. The pool was beautiful but could have been a little bit warmer than what it was. Overall we had a really great stay at the hotel and will definitely be going back with our kids."

"Staff was good, facility was very clean,The only complaint was on the setup of the room. The toilet paper holder was not reachable from he toilet for a small adult (5'1"). The window coverings did not keep out the morning sun because there were gaps between the top of the window and the shade. Also in the summer heat, the temp was not consistently below 70 at nite even though the thermostat was set below 70 making sleeping for women uncomfortable."

"Location and facilities were great. This is the only hotel I have been to that does not at least provide coffee/tea for guests in the lobby. Guests must stand on a line to buy coffee at the hotel cafe. The coffee remains typical hotel lobby coffee (poor quality) at $3.50/small cup. The hotel does provide a $10 credit to either the cafe or the restaurant, so the intention is good. But the line for a single cup of coffee was quite long and required manually writing in room number, name and signature for each person. I recommend the hotel offer their basic coffee/tea in the lobby to free up the line in the cafe as other hotels do."
