"All the staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient. Anything extra we asked for was provided immediately. Ben, in particular, was outstanding. We felt valued as customers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the beds very comfortable and all the food was excellent. "Just stayed here last week very easy to find plenty parking. Check in straight forward the young man very friendly. Some minor faults with rooms. We had 2 rooms . Both kettles in rooms had bad limescale so never used them .the teabags looked like they had just been thrown in a pile on the dresser Bathroom towel instead of being white had a massive blue stain on .bed sheet was dirty. .you could hear the traffic outside but to be expected as on main road.
