"The hotel is very well situated - only a short stroll from the old town and directly on the lakeside. The room was spacious and clean, the pool and garden area was lovely, and the staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was a little hit and miss, but overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

"Lovely hotel in historic building. Aircon really good. We had a room with balcony facing lake- well worth it. Breakfast was great, lovely area out over lake to sun and swim. But the best thing was the staff. They were the perfect balance of friendly and helpful without being over effusive or fake. So many hotels in the area but we definitely picked the best one!"

"Hotel location is very unique! It is far out on the peninsula so driving through the tiny town to get there was a challenge. But the views are lovely and the room was spacious. Balcony was huge! A very nice hotel!"

"A stunning old hotel right at the end of the peninsula of Sirmione. We had a long weekend in the gorgeous Vivaldi suite. It was spacious, clean and comfortable (except for the incredibly hard pillows!) The staff are lovely and the breakfast is wonderful. The only criticism of the staff would be the owner who delivers the morning coffees. He was pretty rude and didn’t give the impression he was happy to see you. "The hotel was first class and in a good location a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal, tourist centre and castle. Very nice rooms and an excellent breakfast with extensive choice. Staff were very helpful. A very good fish restaurant nearby was worth a visit. Nice view over the lake."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff, breakfast was delicious. We didn’t use the spa but pool was nice. Great location, away from the crowds but you need a car to get your luggage there. Driving thru town was nerve wrecking but when you get there, it’s all good. Our only regret is we only stayed two nights. Ask the front desk how to operate the AC. It’s tricky."

"The location was amazing! Such a cute little area! The staff was really helpful and they helped arrange a shuttle from the parking lot to the hotel. The only thing to prepare for is the small rooms and limited amenities. Also in the pictures it shows a pool but that does not come with the hotel; it is the thermal spa nearby. P.s. You should go on the boat ride tour! It’s so fun! P.p.s. This was written from a child’s perspective!"
