"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."

"Amazing hotel in the heart of Sirmione historic centre! The room was spectacular! We stayed in the panoramic view room, 303! Beautiful views in the morning of the lake and wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset! Rooms was clean and tidy, and towels refreshed daily! The bar service was great, Federico, was super friendly and attentive! The sun deck area was clean and access straight into the lake for a swim and cool off! Would definitely recommend!"

"The property is an oasis within the busy downtown. The owner and staff are terrific and look after every aspect of your stay. The restaurant was also superb. We ate there all 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. The location right on the lake is excellent for lounging and sunsets. Overall an amazing facility with no negatives."

"The hotel was in an amazing location. Staff were very informative and super helpful. The bedroom was amazingly clean and super comfy bed, with an outstanding view. Great breakfast and facilities. The only thing that let the hotel down was the hallways and stairways, which were quite tired and could do with a good clean."
