Al personal del bar y de el restaurante les falta un poco de amabilidad. El edificio del hotel por fuera necesita urgentemente mantenimiento y pintura y los baños están muy mal diseñados. Volvería por la vista y el spa."

"Extremely great location. Host was very communicative about time, arranging parking (Garif), and a little extension we needed on checkout time. Parking is extra 25 euro/day (12-12pm). Unit has AC only in the outside room (we were there at 90 degree day) but we were able to stay okay in the inside room as well."

"This hotel is excellent. From the moment you arrive they can’t do enough for you, from the welcome drink to the recommendations where to eat, to bringing drinks to you. The room was superb, we had a ground floor with sun loungers next to the pool. The breakfast, superb, so much choice, best we’ve ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Welcoming staff. Everything you could want or need. Great location. If sensitive to possible noise, bring ear plugs just in case. Roadway is busy and hotel neighbours can be heard if they talk loud or bang things. We enjoyed the lake and pool….swam in both. Grazie to the pleasant staff."

"Three-star hotel. Clean. Staff were often officious, slow, and unhelpful. Breakfast was good, but dining at the Aura restaurant in the lobby was the worst meal I’ve ever had in Italy—inedible, poorly prepared food in very small quantities."

"Ce n’est pas un hôtel de luxe mais dans l’ensemble les chambres sont assez grande et propre. Elle sont par contre assez basique. Le déjeuner est bon mais le choix est limité. Le restaurant adjacent offre une nourriture de qualité a un prix abordable. Le gros problème le bruit. Les chambres sont très peu insonorisée ce qui fait que l’on entend les gens passer dans le corridor. On entend aussi les gens réarranger les meubles dans le milieu de la nuit ou même se quereller."

"Purtroppo i condizionatori della stanza sono vecchi e non adeguati a creare refrigerio durante la notte. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade in un’altra stanza più ampia ma senza dirci che sarebbe stata molto più esposta al caldo. La stanza sembrava un forno, il vecchio sistema di climatizzazione centralizzato è chiaramente insufficiente. Purtroppo non abbiamo chiuso occhio. A peggiorare il tutto, è stata la mancanza di comprensione da parte del personale in reception. Il personale della colazione è...
