"Rooms are very clean. Staff are excellent and very friendly and eager to help answer any questions. The property is in central Byron, very close to all the shops and bars, etc. The rooms are a little noisy, you can hear the doors opening from either a fire door or the common area toilets being opened at all hours of the night. Parking was included. The ground floor room was very convenient to access and was huge. More spacious than appeared in the photographs. My first night was in room 1, which is unique in having no privacy - the screen door directly faces a high traffic area next to stairs to the upper level - I had to have the curtains closed when I was in the room - and noise from people passing at all hours due to poor soundproofing.
