"If you’re looking for somewhere convenient this location is good. The hotel itself is small, the interior is clean and somewhat modern. Showers were definitely tiny if your tall you might have some issues. The room was clean, I’ve not stayed in many hotels where the AC wasn’t loud, but I’m also very light sleeper so I try not to judge. I brought my own water which was necessary because there’s no water in the room. Seems most hotels are moving towards, you have to pay for everything. Definitely try to get a room on the third floor., the person above us, walked across the floor as if they were in a rodeo. For the price, I thought this was definitely what you pay for. There is a Starbucks on site which I thought was good. Apparently, that is also where your made to order breakfast for a fee comes from."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors, walls, and surfaces were visibly dirty and covered in dust. My fiancé, who has a severe nut allergy, even found an almond on the floor beside the bed, which is a serious health hazard and reflects a complete lack of proper cleaning protocols. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided—no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The towels that were available were stained with brown spots, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. The only items present were a wobbly mini fridge, visibly dirty towels, stained walls, dusty surfaces, and a partially used bottle of mouthwash, which is entirely inappropriate. To make matters worse, there was no staff available on-site to address our concerns during our stay. This lack of support only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this property is highly unprofessional and grossly overpriced for the quality provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book here. I am requesting a full refund, as the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality."

"The property was very clean however the walls are very thin, so you cannot get a good night sleep because you can hear everything on both sides of the wall. My reference to the staff is because I left my large Bluetooth and no one called. I had to call to ask and then they called housekeeping. "

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express just for a night and it didn’t disappoint. We love that it is very close to HMart oriental store which is our go to place whenever we’re in the Orlando area. The room was very clean and big! There’s no coffee maker in the room but there’s fresh coffee brewing round the clock by the lobby with several kinds of creamer, flavored and regular. The staff that checked us in and checked us out are both very friendly and polite. Breakfast was also included, biscuits and sausage gravy, omelette, toasts fruits, juices, yogurt and many more. The other thing why we picked this hotel is they have Tesla chargers in the property! I’m not sure if all of them have it but we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs Florida and they have one. This property has 4 or five Tesla charging stations! "
