"The rooms appear better online than in person. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a hole in the ceiling and it reeked of mildew. The second room still had a small stitch of mildew but not so much. They charged for parking which is so wild to me when hotels do that. But the staff was really nice and friendly. Also, on the pictures it appears to have washer and dryers in rooms but they don't. Maybe I just looked at the photos wrong."

I transferred to ALOFT Marriott because I was having such a bad experience from another hotel. My stay at ALOFT Marriott was one of the best experience I've ever had at a hotel!
