"The room was quiet, bed was comfortable and pretty clean. Check in/out is all "online" and I wasn't prepared for that, but it went smoothly after I figured it out. Would have been nice to communicate via text rather than going through the booking site."

"My stay at ALOFT Marriott in downtown Orlando Florida was absolutely amazing! The staff were totally friendly, accommodating, and so refreshing. "The hotel itself was nice. However, the beds need to be updated. They are very very firm and very hard to sleep on. If you like a firm bed you’ll love this. I couldn’t deal with it. "Expedia did not list it, but it was $17 to park in just the parking lot. No parking garage. Breakfast was $17 a person for what they said was a breakfast buffet, but it was very small and continental. We did not have any to say how it was. Brand new hotel, though and very clean."
