"Good stay"

"The room was not so bad we couldn’t stay. For example we have stayed in worse places. King bed was clean and made. 2 miniature flat pillows. Guess it depends on your standards, lol. I think people rent by the week/month there. Lots of people hanging outside of there rooms smoking various substances. Noise at all hours of the night. Light shining in from around the door. The AC worked. There were some ants but there are lots in Florida. The pool looked nice. "

"Convenient to restaurants and Wekiwa State park, but pool chairs are not that comfortable and had to go out to buy French vanilla creamer. Not everyone likes only cream or sugar. Bathroom sink faucet is in very awkward position, floors were very dirty as our socks showed us. Air conditioner very noisy. Rm 420"

"The front desk was heavily fragrant, the room was stagnant, roach ran across the counter top, bed was uncomfortable, toilet paper roll was almost behind you...we got there at 1230 left at 4am....mildew smell coming from the ac was horrendous. "

"We late checked in just after 11pm est. I went to confirm that I had contacted the front desk and had advised that our children had found their beds had blood on the sheets. We had been up over 16 hours. My children are tired it is after midnight. I had been 22 hours up at that point from travel (drive)So at first I was sleeping on the couch (lysol sprayed)in my clothes and my wife as well as two big kids are sleeping in the one bed downstairs (lysol sprayed). This room is filthy blood, mold, rust, and dust. (pictures and videos taken), the faucets leak, electric sockets don't work, and the cold water doesn't work in the upstairs bathroom. You can't shower there unless you want to be burned. I called to the front desk and requested to have my money returned. I was advised that it would be returned to me for this stay (recorded call). Afterwards I used the Expedia messaging app for support to confirm my refund. I was documenting the issues for a wasted 40 mins of mostly delay holds extending the wait times.I was then told by Expedia that I wpuld need to speak with the hotel manager who doesn't arrive to mid morning! The app is blocking me from posting the pictures.THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD!!!"

"The beds in this hotel absolutely suck. I was literally in three different rooms in the 7 days I was there was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been My back hurts so bad. Every other person that was staying there, I asked the same thing about the bed and they all said they suck none of the maids spoken English so I couldn’t talk to them and tell them what I needed cleaned there was roaches in the room in the suite we stayed in. I took a rag and had to clean the door the table, the walls in the kitchen because they were so nasty. The maids do not really clean the surface clean. There’s no deep cleaning at all. There’s no elevator. So my brother-in-law who was elderly and can barely walk, had such a hard time getting upstairs to our room, which is not fair for her or any other person that can’t make it up there. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone and I will never be back. The staff at the front desk are respectful and nice. But the maids need to be fired and higher ones that speak English and actually know how to clean. "
