"​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding our stay from May 15th to 17th, 2026. What was meant to be a relaxing family retreat resulted in severe distress, unacceptable hygiene failures, and unexpected financial costs. ​Upon a late check-in on Friday, our room was infested with moths and insects crawling on the carpet. "My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
