"I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. "Breakfast was ok but poor quality ingredients. We had a terrible dining experience. Starter ok - We waited one hour for our mains. My salmon served on a bed of rice was so dried out it was inedible. Looked like it had been left under the heat lamp for ages. Crispy and very dry. You could lift the whole dish up in one go - horrible. I had a small room that was actually a good size (typical cheap London size). It was tired and scruffy and the noise from the adjoining room and outside was a distraction. "

"We were in the rooftop attic room. Pro - hotel is in a very good location, convenient for exploring the town easily. The bathtub and shower were fantastic, great water pressure and temperature.
