"The staff were lovely. The breakfast was tasty. However, the shower was rubbish. At max temperature (and yes I pushed the button and twisted the right way) it was barely luke warm and not a lot of pressure. I stayed for two nights and the shower was equally cool both mornings. I could also hear the person next doors phone vibrating and them snoring! Not ideal as it is extremely convenient for work so I would like to stay again. I hope I just got unlucky with the shower in that particular room. "

"Visited for a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. Reception all friendly and helpful. Bar staff very very good. Housekeeping that i bumped into also friendly and polite Didn't actually eat in the restaurant but did have a couple of pints both nights, with some chips, and a choccy brownie with icecream the 2 night. Both delicious. Went as a solo female traveller with mobility issues and felt safe and secure at all times Plan to def stay again in the future "

"Heating in room 426 doesn't work and the control box is making a buzzing sound. Should probably look at that. I was freezing cold all night. Smell of pee round toilet area, and a bit of an odd smell in the room, like old bedding (although the bed was very clean and comfortable). Could you put some kind of sign in the corridors reminding guests to be quiet in the evening and early morning?"

"Our bathroom could do.with a deep.clean and unfortunately there were other people in nearby rooms smoking out of the window (including weed) and the smell reached our window"

"pretty good and centrally located. Bath had a lose handle which was pretty dangerous. TBH forgot to report it. Otherwise pleasant stay, comfy bed and quiet for a central hotel in Nottingham"

"Shabby tired room, heating was not working, no tv remote. Will never stay there again and definitely do not recommend others! There are plenty more decent hotels in Nottingham "

"The room was comfortable and the bed was very cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the pool. It’s a nice facility and perfect for relaxing. Free parking is also a bonus. The only downside was that the pool water felt a bit cold and not warm enough — it would be perfect if it was just a little warmer."
