"Helpful staffs and they smile and greet you when you go out and come back. Breakfast buffet limited offering but suffice. The only disappointment is when I wanted to us the sauna and steam room. I called the operator and been informed for guest there is a charge of USD10 per hour to use the facilities. The manager (Lai Ping) when out of her way, prepared everything for us before we even arrived to the country, she also booked our tours.
