"Helpful staff"

"This is the second time we stay at the Caravan Hotel and we confirmed it is a great option in Phnom Penh. Everybody is so welcoming, from the bellboy, the front desk personnel, the bartender, waiters, and so. We had time to enjoy a night drink at the rooftop and while there we enjoyed listening to some live music by a talented musician. Once again, the food is so good "

"Helpful staffs and they smile and greet you when you go out and come back. Breakfast buffet limited offering but suffice. The only disappointment is when I wanted to us the sauna and steam room. I called the operator and been informed for guest there is a charge of USD10 per hour to use the facilities. Then I wanted to leave, and 2 ladies came out from the elevator and been told I can use the steam and sauna room free for in house guest which only can use for 30mins and after 30 mins there is...

"Très bel établissement auquel manque simplement une piscine (il y a toutefois un jacuzzi). Malgré mon statut Gold, je n’ai pas été surclassé à l’arrivée, mais seulement le lendemain après en avoir fait plusieurs fois la demande. Dommage."
