The staff, the amenities were great. The pool area for relaxing during the day, or dining at night was the place to be. The gym was sufficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent, Sophia took good care of us. The front desk was spot on. The only negative is the tiredness of the room, but, all in it was well worth the money.

The staff was the absolute best! They treated us like royalty and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was super cozy and comfortable. And the dining experience at the restaurant was amazing! We had a beautiful view of part of the city, it was so picturesque.

Great hotel in Phnom Pehn

This was a great hotel with excellent service. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They arranged for us to have our own driver who took us everywhere. The pool is beautiful, great place to have a drink at the end of the day. The staff was superior, 5 star service. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood and quiet. I had the best sleep here. The bathroom had all necessary amenities and shower had great pressure.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, very clean hôtel but hallways smell of cigarette smoke. Wifi signal was very weak in hotel room but OK in hallway and common areas. Limited dining and shopping options around hotel. Tuk-tuk or taxi required to reach shopping centres, markets and most tourist attractions.

Great !

The staff were professional and very friendly. The food was excellent and fairly priced. I spent a lot of time at the roof top pool. The pool was very nice and roof top offered a great view of the city. The pool bar has a 2 hour "happy hour" from 5-7 pm ever evening. The rooms are well appointed and the beds very large and comfortable. I enjoyed my week long stay at the Caravan Hotel and I would highly recommend for a business or pleasure stay in Phnom Penh

Absolutely phenomenal experience at the Caravan Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. “Exceptional Dining and Views at Caravan Hotel By EHM!” During my second stay at Caravan Hotel By EHM, I had the pleasure of dining at the Blossom Restaurant on the 13th floor and visiting the Oasis Sky Bar on the 15th. Both experiences were outstanding and made my stay even more memorable. The Blossom Restaurant offers a fantastic variety of à la carte menu options that cater to all tastes. Each dish I tried was delicious, with flavors that were expertly crafted and presented beautifully. The restaurant’s ambiance, combined with stunning views, created the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable meal. The Oasis Sky Bar, located on the 15th floor, was the ideal spot to unwind. The extensive drink selection had something for everyone, from classic cocktails to unique creations. Sipping on a refreshing drink while taking in the panoramic views was truly an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend both the Blossom Restaurant and Oasis Sky Bar to anyone visiting Caravan Hotel By EHM. These venues add an extra layer of luxury and enjoyment to an already wonderful stay. I can’t wait to return!
