"I always stay here because it’s like a five star hotel with four star pricing. The duty manager (Rich) goes overboard to make sure guests are satisfied and enjoy their stay. She makes a good hotel even better! From the housekeepers to the doorman, everyone is so pleasant to deal with and treats guest as they should be treated. I’ll always stay here on my trips to Manila."

"The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and had all the basic ammenities including A/C, hot water on demand, wi-fi and a television. Street side rooms might be a bit noisyer, but the street is gated shut at night. Overall, very good value for the money if you are looking for a place to spend the night while in Manila."

"The check in and check out process is inefficient and takes too long. Even for pre-paid, booked online reservations. The Wi-FI is still problematic still and below industry standards. The bell desk, bag support and transportation support staff is a positive. Very helpful and friendly."
