"Hotel was outdated. My room had pillows with stains and hair in the sink of bathroom. They wanted to charge $100 to check in 2 hours early. The bar closed early. Did the job but the westin gave me a better/ cleaner experience 2 years ago"

"The location was excellent. The room was exactly as advertised - was starting to show its age but was perfectly suitable for us. Window AC - worked well. Breakfast not included so the coffee/tea & granola bars were a pleasant treat. My only criticism is the elevators were very slow. Overall we’d stay there again."

"The room was dirty and the AC stuck with dust I woke up sick I ask the room service for more towers he give me punch of smell once talking about he don’t have the big once with an attitude I don’t wanna advise anybody to go over here and you’re trying to have a good time in relax I’m really sad"

"Great location (easy access to Penn Satation and the entire NY metro area transit system) - awesome rooftop bar and our go-to for any times we are hanging at The Garden for a weekend. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are functional and comfortable, and the rates are a great value. Its in our rotation of best values in NYC. Just stayed at the Arlo for the US Open and it couldnt have been more convenient to get back and forth to the tennis center."
