From management to reception, concierge, bell staff, breakfast service, and housekeeping, the entire team was professional, warm, and attentive. Everything felt seamless, well-coordinated, and genuinely welcoming, which made each stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide selection of beautifully presented traditional Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and juices, all enjoyed with stunning views overlooking the Bosphorus.
