Hi, there. I liked very much this hotel. If we take price-quality ratio, this hotel is the great option. Staff was excellent! Especially, Berke, Mohammad and Baran. All of these guys were client oriented and assisted a lot! They provided an excellent service. Really! Much appreciated! The hotel has some minor issues, but all these minor issues were solved in efficient way by staff. If you plan to stay in Ortakoy district, in Istanbul, this is one of the best options (keeping mind price-quality ratio). I stayed at Crown several days and in Nevv hotel, the quality was almost the same, but price was cheaper at least two times or even more than 2 times. I am planning to come back again to this hotel! Have an excellent and safe trip to all who travel the world:)!!

Hi. I liked very much this hotel (of course, taking into consideration price-quality ratio), especially staff. Berke, Mohammad, Baran - all these guys provided an excellent and superb service! Really great staff! I will return to this hotel, if I will need to stay in that area. There were some minor issues related to the room
