Check in was ok , but not feeling welcoming, no greeting but personally think she is judging by appearance which is very disappointing with this hotel staff. "The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience "

"Room was a little dated however clean and tidy Bed was comfortable slept well peaceful nice view out of window 8th floor! Facilities great a safe tv fridge hairdryer iron kettle tea and coffee what more do you actually need? We enjoyed our experience didn't use bar or restaurant so cant comment. We did travel by train (just 10-15min walk to hotel down high st)but found out they have free parking which is very unusual for the london area so may consider a return with vehicle."

"I called the property on the day as i realised i hadnt checked mobility. Honestly the owner could not have been more helpful. Is the hotel dated yes but it is clean and felt safe and secure. The owner and staff were super freindly, super helpful and i would definitely stay again. "

"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. "Great location for Wembley, short walk to the tube and one stop. The area was extremely nosy throughtout the night and early morning, but we were prepared for this after reading other reviews. However, if you only want to use the room to sleep, bed was comfy, and to shower, like we did, this hotel is perfect! Would definitely book again"
