"4 night stay was excellent. Overall the staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast staff was hardworking and efficient. Breakfast choices were plentiful and really good and healthy. Loved the cappuccino machine and fresh pastries too. Hotel was quiet at night and bed was comfortable. Room felt a bit cramped and not enough bathroom hooks to hang wet towels. The only negative is the hotel’s location-although it felt safe and was nice and quiet- is a bit far from the nearest tube stop Pimilco and walking to Parliament area is approximately 14-15 minutes away. There are plenty of busstops nearby and we chose this option often, plus it was cheaper than the tube. If you want hustle and bustle then this hotel location is not it. I would recommend this hotel highly if you want clean, quiet, fantastic breakfast, super staff, and safe area and don’t mind walking."

"Excellent location for getting around London. Clean and upscale rooms yet traditional decor. Building is spectacular. Few eateries within 5 minute walk. Plenty within 10 minute walk. Room upgrade was superb - thank you. Equus bar staff were ambivalent at best given death of close friend on the day visited. Oh well..."
