"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

"Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL "

"From start to finish the experience at the Sunborn was nothing but sublime. A stunning yacht, gorgeous room with all the stylish interior. It was a celebration for my partners 50th, so paid for the Birthday package where he walked into Balloons everywhere, including big 50th Balloons, plus champers and very tasty chocolate cake. Food on board was top class and service second to none. Naturally it’s on the pricier side, but had saved up so that we could just enjoy it for what it was. Overall a gorgeous memory made! "
"Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔 "
"Staff were so friendly. Had a cute little note in our room from the housekeepers. Was a bit confused about where to plug in the kettle though. Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. But I have to say, the hotel was ideally situated and the staff really were lovely. We will stay again! "
