"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

"Lovely hotel stayed for work as near office - fab view in bar of tower bridge and had room overlooking the dock - bathroom bit old and grubby looking with horrid shower curtain - cheap shower gel which are the minus points for cost of stay over £300 pn - rooms should be upgraded I think 🤔 "

Only 2 coffee bags seemed a bit stingy and I do think sockets either side of the bed is something that most people expect now. "Nice location with close bus stops and 10 minutes walk to the Tube station and 5 minute walk to tower bridge. It was a small room but it had everything you needed, refrigerator, stove top, oven and washer dryer combo. This was the second time we stayed there."
