The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night.
Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon.
Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo.
Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

Cleaners were very good. The reception were not friendly at all. Breakfast for the 7 days we stayed was the same everyday-they should have change or intervals every other day for the menu.
Place was relatively cheap.

"sitting right at the center Susukino district and near the train station. everything is walkable. also, lots of ski buses stop point are right in front of this hotel. It's perfect stay before travelling to/from ski resort and CTS airport."
