I liked that the Hotel Abest was very conveniently located and I could take the bus to the airport from there, purchasing the ticket at the hotel. The staff of the hotel was extremely helpful and nice. The temperature in the room was perfect.

Hotel itself alittle old but rooms are spacious and next to shopping street. Walking distance to Susukino and Odori park. Breakfast was sumptuous, alot of sashimi. Staff are friendly too. The bus to airport is just across the hotel. Overall we're glad we chose ABest Hotel over a newer one in Susukino due to overall comparison.

夕食ブッフェ自体は種類少ないが一品一品が美味しかった。朝晩いくらも食べれて良かった。施設や部屋は古いがしっかり掃除されているので快適だった。スタッフさんがもう少し元気に笑顔で対応してほしいところ。 食事会場のスタッフさんの説明が分かりづらく、お肉の注文の仕方が分からなかった。 美味しいのに、丁寧にハッキリと説明した方がいいですね。 全体的に満足です。ただ駐車場まで歩く、駐車場代が必要なのは残念でした。
