"The rooms a very clean and spacious. The staff is incredibly helpful. I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk when I arrived early. Plus they are very helpful with reserving certain excursions such as Miyajima island."

"Check in was straightforward and made easy. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal situated right in the heart of downtown with the okonomiyaki village just a street away. There is a streetcar stop just a short walk away, which makes this hotel perfect for exploring this lively city."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Convenient access to Peace museum about a 10-15 minute walk. Took the ferry from the Peace dome to Miyajima. Staff at hotel were very welcoming. Room was lovely and overlooked the main Street. Breakfast buffet was best we had while in Japan. Good selection of Japanese and western options. Restaurant view was amazing on the 25th floor with big windows to see the views of Hiroshima. Elevators were quick and amenities plentiful. Highly recommend. "
