"The room was clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Shower was fantastic. My complaint is about the bathroom light - it is motion activated. As someone who often goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, i go in the dark and having the lights turn on automatically is annoying."

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The...
