"景色も良くて　朝食も美味しくて部屋も綺麗だったけど気になった事が2点　お風呂にお湯を溜めて入ると寝そべって浸かるので色んなものを下から見る事になり立っていると分からない黒い汚れがあちこちにあってちょっと残念だった　それと　これはどこのホテルでもあるあるですが　タオルが絶対に足りない　今回はバスタオルが2枚フェイスタオルが2枚用意されてたのでまたマシだった　フェイスタオルは洗面所で手を拭いたら1枚使ってしまいシャンプーしたら女性は一旦フェイスタオルで髪を拭いてターバンをしてしまう　セミロング以上あればもっと拭きたくなるからバスタオルで体を拭いてもう一枚で髪を拭いた　明日の朝顔を洗った時新しいタオルが欲しいなーってなるから私は自宅から荷物を送る時はタオルを使いたいだけ入れる　いつももっとフェイスタオル用意してくれたらなーって思う"

"広島観光の拠点として利用しました。 広島サミットの会場としてだいぶお金をかけてアップグレードされており、ラグジュアリーホテルにリニューアルされていました。 なにより部屋からの眺望が圧巻。朝起きて、穏やかで広大な瀬戸内の海を眺める。最高に贅沢な眺めでした。 それと接客レベルが高く、さすがプリンスの安心感です。 宮島直通のフェリーがありますので、おすすめです。 また利用させていただきます！"

"Standard double room was very small - double bed one side against the wall and not much space on the other side to move around. Felt quite claustrophobic we were only there 2 nights any longer and would have had to request larger room or mived hotel. I don’t think even reconfiguration of bed would help as the room so narrow. Also a cable fell behind the desk and when we pulled the desk out there was so much rubbish and dust behind it had obviously had not had a good clean in a while."

"The hotel is very mid. In our 2 weeks trip in Japan it was actually the worst. Here is why: - It is located right next to the train station which can be convenient if you are travelling. This is why we booked it. However the area around the station does not have much to do. You can walk ~40min to the center or take a bus - we ended up doing this every day so in the end it would have been the same to just stay in the city center. - We did not book breakfast as from reviews it seemed very basic...

"昔からある施設が放置されてて最近それを新しくやり変えたみたいです。部屋の隅々まで見るとそれが気になります。夜は冷凍食品の食べ放題。朝はそれなりの朝食であの値段は安いと思います。チェックインの方法がわかりづらいのが難点です。"

"For those planning to make day trips, the location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the Shinkansen station. We only spent one night, but we had a wonderful stay, very convenient. We had left some important documents in our previous hotel in Kyoto, and the staff at this hotel were fantastic, arranged for the documents to be shipped overnight, very courteous, very helpful."
