"幼い子ども２人を含む４人で利用しました。ホテル内はとても綺麗でしたが、ボディーソープのポンプ部分が汚れていたのだけが少し気になりました。あと空調が全館一括管理ということでした。部屋の中が少し暑く温度を下げたかったのですが、暖房しか作動せず、幼い子がいたので窓は開けたくなかったのですが、窓を開けるしかなかったのが残念でした。体感温度は個々に違うと思うので、部屋ごとに冷房暖房を切り替えれたらよかったなと感じました。"

"Location was good for sightseeing. Room was clean. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Used washing machine on-site and it was okay. Washing included automatic detergent dispensed. Drying took a little longer since I had a bit of clothes that needed washing. Overall, very positive experience staying here. I would stay here again, so I’ll recommend starting here."

"Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot. Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible. This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts. It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again."
