Great hotel, great location, great overall experience. We would definitely book this hotel again. The room wasn't the most spacious on our Japan trip but was big enough for 2 grown people, 2 big suitcases and backpacks. We had a great view of the station.

Friendly staff, we were upgraded to a bigger room. Breakfast buffet is excellent offering both western and japanese fare. Their specialty baked goods were outstanding, lots of freshly baked, delicious options to try.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast had variety of food and really tasty . Best of all, hotel is located in the station so, very convenient for shopping and food, also access to all the transportation, including Shinkansen and local line was easy, especially I was with my mom, who needs a wheelchair access so, the hotel location helped our Hiroshima trip easier for us. Best location- right in Hiroshima station. Tons of options for dining and shopping, easy to get around the city. The view was incredible from the 20th floor. The only thing missing is laundry in the building- had to visit a coin laundry mat near by.
