"Nice hotel, however there is a rooftop nightclub across the street which kept us up until it closed at 1am. There are no true windows or doors to the place so sound travelled in. Also it got incredibly hot in the room and we weren’t able to open the windows because it opened to the hallway, or it led to the noise. However it is very very central, the restaurant is fantastic, and it is quite beautiful."

"This place checks the rooms before you leave. I spilled food on the sheets obviously by accident. I didn’t think it was a big deal since they SHOULD be washing the sheet after every visit. They charged me $100 US dollars (775 quetzales), I guess to replace? I had no clue why it was so expensive. Front desk, didn’t even know how to charge me. I had to wait until he was able to figure it while my transport was waiting. No where does it say you have to be careful with the sheets. I would have understood if they charged a cleaning fee but looks like they charged me to replace. There’s a bar next door or close by and it’s loud till late. The pool is in the middle so you hear everything. Not a place to relax."

"At first we were disappointed by no air condition, the next day we realized because the nights were cooler, that was the reason i assume there was no air condition. The staff was very friendly, helpful, they immediately tried to help if there was an issue. The hotel was very central to every where. I will definitely recommend to everyone."
