There are only two options for the free breakfast. One is eggs, beans, plantains and bread and the other is a huge plate of fresh fruit with a small ramekin of yogurt and granola. Both were delicious though. The area is very busy as it is right at the center of Antigua. It’s a great, walkable and shoppable location. It is not quiet though, the walls are super thin, so if this is important to you, you probably want to go out of the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept the rooms clean and restocked daily. This was a boutique hotel with really unique styled rooms that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is super cute and in a great location very close to “Central Park.” Staff was great. Antigua is cool. But the hotel is not without some problems. For example, the shower got to maybe 90° F. Warm, but not super hot. Functional but not enjoyable. Breakfast is included, you have 2 choices, fruit or “protein” which is eggs and beans. (Some of the fruit was still frozen! Berries.) Coffee may have been included but we are not coffee drinkers and having to pay extra for a hot chocolate or an orange juice is nickle and dime-y. Would seem like at least your first drink should be included. Overall though, would definitely recommend

I absolutely loved this hotel! I spent two nights here for an extremely affordable price! The staff was very lovely, the bed was huge, room was always cleaned and well maintained throughout the day. I enjoyed the free breakfast, the ambiance and the location. It was located in an extremely walkable area. Hotel was a 10/10!

Property was in a great location, very clean with great service and the staff was great. I didnt eat at the restaurant but ordered room service and this would be the only area i would suggest an improvement for this property...the food lacked flavor, size and presentation

The service is incredible. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the location is in the center of everything. The design of the lofts is interesting and well decorated, but might difficult for the elderly. The wifi is weak, but everything else was absolutely great

The gardens and sitting areas around the property were amazing and super quiet. The shower in the bathroom was very nice, especially after a long day of traveling. The staff were also super friendly. At around 9 o'clock at night someone started setting off fireworks over the hotel which paired with the live music in the courtyard made falling asleep relatively hard. We got the 'superior room 1 king bed' which was supposed to come with free bottled water but when we asked for bottled water they charged us extra.

Room was interesting with no windows and we had to go up to the bedroom by a spiral stairs and was hard to manage; the people im front desk refused to give us an extra blanket and they also raised the parking price from Q75 to Q100 as soon as we told them we had no change. Restaurant was very good.

We set up airport transfer with Andrea but driver never arrived. He told us that he did NOT receive the request from Andrea. We contacted her and never received a reply and so got an Uber but since it was our first time in Guatemala this was very stressful! Room was NOT as pictured (no tub) and was very noisy with people dining/talking directly outside our window and at nearby front desk. Shower did not drain well. I requested water several times but did not receive. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and location was good. Overall experience was not good and I would not stay here again!

Pros: Feels like a boutique kind of accomodations. Located just one block away from the parque de central in Antigua, everything is incredibly walkable. The provided breakfast in the courtyard is a great way to start the day. Cons: My room's Wi-Fi didn't function; thankfully I was close enough to reception to get internet access through that. Should be some kind of enforced quiet hours; some other patrons were a bit noisy in the evenings.

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved my stay there! The service there was great! The receptionist Vanessa was very nice and helped a lot to make our stay great. The food ,the cleanliness, and the people working there were very nice! The rooms were clean and neat! Colonial boutique with a charm! I recommend staying there!
