Stunning Authenticity

An absolutely incredible visit to this stunning property. Our room with private terrace including private jacuzzi, fireplace and lounge area was exceptional, authentic and elegant. The restaurant was excellent, service top notch and they made this getaway so easy by organizing airport transportation, a Pacaya volcano hike and restaurant reservations. Planning a longer return!

Tastefully reformed hotel with private courtyards.

The staff are genuinely amazing! From Isabelle in reception, gardeners, cleaners and waiters, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated to walk into the town with restaurants and shops nearby. It was lovely having our own courtyard and open fire. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole property has been reformed with taste and style. Thoroughly recommended.

I absolutely loved this property, everything felt modern oldworld. The service was impeccable, everyone was really accommodating and helpful. Food was delish they welcomed us with signature drinks and made sure we felt welcomed at all times. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We had the Rosas room (the one with the jacuzzi that looks like pool) and it was the most perfect room for us. It was clean and spacious. The staff is what made our stay so enjoyable. They were always there when we needed something and remained attentive and kind through our 4 day stay with them. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

The place was great and the staff even better. On the day I was leaving, I was being picked up at 7am, a whole hour before their breakfast starts. They went out of their way to ensure I had breakfast at 6:30am before I left. And, Antigua itself is amazing and when I come I’ll be staying here again!

I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay--our experience at the resort was exquisite. The facility is gorgeous, the service was impeccable and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, always anticipating needs, offering advice and suggestions, and always going the extra mile. The on site restaurant is outstanding, as was the daily breakfast. Antigua is beautiful, the resort is a short walk from great shopping, landmarks and restaurants, we always felt safe on the streets, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Highly reccommend!

This is the new Mil Flores. The staff remain friendly the entrance is beautiful. And it is different than the previous luxury Mil Flores. This seems to be a smaller version of the previous hotel. It is both updated and more hip.
