"The overall state the Picasso was great, except for the fact that for whatever reason the TV didn’t work the following day and they were making insinuations that we broke the TV, … sometimes appliances just don’t turn on anymore for whatever reason, and it was an older minimal quality as well. I told the female manager to call the owner, she wouldn’t do it. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never been accused of breaking a TV that simply didn’t turn on after watching it the night prior....

"The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

"The building and the interiors are dated. In the small suite i was assigned, the couch had stains. I woke up one night with a small roach on my bed and needed to catch and dispose of it. The towels are way past their lifespan. The shower door has leaks causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Showering longer not quite possible since the water turns cold. The staff are excellent but they can only do so much for a hotel that needs refurbishing."

"Overall good stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was spotless clean and good condition. The water pressure and air condition was good too. The location nearby with good restaurants. Easy to navigate around Manila with GRAB. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"The lobby was grand but the room was dated despite it being a grand room (which was a VIP upgrade) but no different from the original room booked. Excellent breakfast selections and all the fresh coconut water you can drink. The seafood buffet was great too. "

"Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio...

"Honestly can’t get a better place for the price & area. Only issue was water would stay from taking a shower. Everything else is just about perfect & you are in the midst of the chaos of Makati. Just walk outside and enjoy"

"Staff is excellent. Property is very clean and well kept. Dinner room serves really good, food really good, hostesses are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Mattresses was hard but I ask staff is they had a pad they could put in it. By the time I got back to my room they had found one and put it in the bed. If you like old world charm. I definitely recommend staying here"
