"CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE: This establishment plays games and is not concerned with customer satisfaction. At check in the room that was reserved 3 months earlier was not available. They told a few stories that didn't add up. First, my room was not ready yet, so If I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. When I said "ok I'll wait" they changed their story and said there was actually a problem with the room. I requested another room of the same kind and they didn't have one. "The hotel is beautiful with so many bars and restaurants nearby. About 4 -5 blocks from Millenium Park. The seating areas are so peaceful and the design is amazing. They let me store my bike box the day before my stay which was so convenient. Staff are friendly and professional."

"The hotel was good, and the spa was 100% worth it! The staff was rough. We’ve been Marriott members for a long time, and when we travel, we stay at the JW, W, or Ritz. We came to Chicago to go to Beyond Wonderland, and then we’re out till 2 or 3am experiencing Chicago night life. The hotel staff woke us up every morning at 7:30 or before by coming into the room that had a “do not enter” sign on the outside of the door. The morning we were leaving, we were walked in on three times before checkout...

"Room was not very clean and the air conditioning and ventilation was extremely loud. The toilet began to run every 20 minutes. This was a noisy night's sleep. Great restaurant, and the lounge area on the 3rg floor was more than expected."
