No other rooms available in this property or their others so had no choice but to stay. Was told their maintenance team knew about the problem but were on vacation! Promised us that night would be refunded. Promised us the leak would be fixed first thing in the morning. No-one turned up… the water...

"Great property! Very easy check in and out, clean and comfortable spaces, and equidistant from two great neighborhoods and Underground stops (Earls Court & Kensington). There was a small issue during our stay and management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!"

"A great place to stay for a concert at the Apollo. Dinner and drinks on the Thames and the venue all within walking distance and also walking distance to station. It was hot while we were staying and no air con(which is fine from an eco perspective). We were able to open the windows but this meant a very noisy night sleep. Otherwise everything that you needed for an overnight stay and the communication and checking in process was really straightforward."
