Over priced is the main issue. It’s a clean hotel for the most part didn’t like the smell in the room. $400 for 3 nights isn’t too high for a hotel like this. Friendly front desk staff member. But will definitely not be returning.

Nice Hotel, No Frills

The front desk lady, Valerie, is always very nice. I have stayed here a few times and always have good service. This is a no frills hotel but for the price its not bad at all! The kitchen area is nice and the bathrooms are a nice size. I like that the doors look at 11pm and you cant enter the hotel without a room key. I will stay here again and id recommend it to a friend.

Nice place.

Could use some updating. I liked the kitchenette cabinets could use so updating. Toilet did not look like it was clean. Staff really great.

I was not at all satisfied with this stay. This hotel needs to be updated immediately. This was the first hotel that did not have charging capacity on the lamps or anything in the room for cell phones. The refrigerator will not clean and I would not put anything in it. I got up at 3 o’clock to charge my phone in my car and when I return my key card did not work. I had to call a man on car and was waiting in side there at the door for 20 minutes for someone to arrive. when I return to my room after he gave me two new cars, one of them did not work which made me weary of leaving again Nicole the lady at the service desk did respond to my opinion by offering me a refund of $40 so this was not my intention for complaining he did show a good gesture of service I most likely will not stay at this facility again in the future

This was fine for a few nights stay and convenient location for where we needed to go. Had everything we needed. Beds were a bit hard and don’t try to have a hot shower at peak time in the evening as water will be cold. Breakfast is rubbish so don’t rely on that. Staff were helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and quiet and safe. Room was clean, air conditioning good. Not the worst place to stay and good for the price. Would stay again if I had to.

Long Week but take care of by staff

Staff was great with working with our group that arrived later in the evening due to a VRBO reservation canceling on us. The hotel had a sign about plumbing issues and sadly our room was one that had some issues. However, the staff worked with us to make sure that we were happy with our stay and took care of us. Wish the breakfast had more options and/or even microwavable breakfast sandwiches.

Decent place for the price. The room was big and I appreciated the reclining chair. I was disappointed that an extended stay room with a kitchen came with absolutely no utensils, coffee maker, or toaster. An extra $40 for a cookware kit and $20 for a dinnerware kit they were offering was more than it cost me to buy the essentials at Walmart. It's unlikely that I'll stay there again.

The staff that checked us in on Tuesday afternoon was so friendly and helpful! However the staff that was there overnight that we encountered when we in late, for the night was rude and smart mouthed and not helpful and you could tell was waiting for us to fail. So rude!

Stay far, far away from this place! The staff was very friendly but that is all that is good about this place. Men hanging out in the kitchen parking lot, smell of weed around them, run down place - needs to be remodeled badly. Rented the room for one night stayed 3 hours and left. Not a good place for a single female to stay.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby looked nicely decorated. Unfortunately, quality of hotel has otherwise significantly decreased since stay last year. Room looked very shabby and somewhat dirty. Hallway smelled of pot. Free breakfast was advertised, but we were told upon arrival it was no longer offered. Dishes and basic toiletries were no longer provided in the room. Wifi did not work when we first arrived. Call to tech support did not lead to a fix. Wifi was eventually working much later that evening. We will not stay here again.

Bed Bugs

Stay far away unless you want to take bed bugs home! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, it’s not their fault. But the management should be ashamed. The whole hotel is rundown and needs updating, and obviously an exterminator! We packed up our things in a panic in the middle of the night and drove home. Thank god we weren’t very far, came into town for a concert and found the bugs when just laid in bed. Had to wash everything hot water as soon as we stepped in our door praying I didn’t take any back with us!

Room was ok but no room service. Went to the front desk for clean towels and you have to pay for clean towels. You have to pay for local calls but i use my cell phone then they tried to charge me for a local call i didn't make. Online it say they had a pool and breakfast that was a lie
