"Nice staff"

"Had a 2 night stay due to vehicle breakdown so it wasn't a planned stay...all i can say is a huge thank you to B & B Hotel Duxford....staff so helpful ...room just right ...comfy bed clean bathrooms facilities. On my 2nd night stay they gave me access to room early so i could rest. Breakfast was very good as was lunch....couldn't fault anything. Thank you...a brilliant stay. Highly recommended 👌 "

"The reception and bar staff are very friendly, but then there is the chef, he has an attitude problem, talks to the bar staff inappropriately in front of customers, he didn’t even turn up for breakfast, so I went hungry, staff apologised, but he is rude and obnoxious, if I was the owner I would be thinking of replacing him, he spoiled a work trip for me twice now, so unfortunately will not be staying there again."

"Plenty of onsite parking. Went to check in at the bar lovely warm welcome and we were taken to our room. When we checked in which about 20:55PM we asked what time the restaurant stops serving unfortunately it had already closed. We started unpacking and there was a knock at the door. One of team came to see if we would like soup, sandwiches or fish n chips as they would hate to know we were hungry. That was amazing as we stay away a lot each year and never had such good service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Breakfast was too again great service the team are very courteous, helpful and can’t do enough for you. My only drawback was the bed was uncomfortable so I didn’t get a good sleep. Other thank that a lovely place to stay and dine. "

"Not great for the money, spend another 20 quid and get a better room somewhere else. 1 towel No shampoo or soap and no heat as it was shut off. Breakfast was a few biscuits, a wrapped croissant and a couple of boxes of cereal, meh at best. "

"The room clean a tidy with a really nice duck down duvet, tea and coffee provided + a dresser & chair. Shower was good size and hot. The staff & locals were very welcoming, food was very good. When i am back up that way i will be booking a room here again."
